Here are links to the specific items I brought:

-pack - Osprey Kyte 46L. I felt this was a good size. I could fit everything I need but not have much extra space (and therefore overpack)

https://www.osprey.com/us/en/product/kyte-46-KYTE46S19.html

-hiking shoe - I loved my Salomon Outline GTX sneakers. They are lightweight but sturdy, they had great traction on the slippery rocks, and they kept out the sand.

-water shoe - I also loved my Chaco Z Clouds. They were perfect for the all the water crossings on the way to Beaver Falls, but still had good track on the hills/rocks/ladders/etc.

-tent - I have the 3 person: Marmot Crane Creek tent. We did sleep three, snug but comfortably. I like this tent, it is fairly light. However I do covet the Big Agnes super lightweight tent….

-sleeping pad - decent one for the price. The super lightweight ones are very expensive and I wasn’t ready to invest in that yet.

-headlamp (mine was very dull, my friend used this one: Goforwild rechargeable 500 lumens; I immediately purchased upon return)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SB2XDX2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

-towel - LOVE these travel towels. They don’t pack up tiny, but are still compact and lightweight. Large enough for laying out. And quick drying. If you are tight on space and weight you may want to go with the smaller/thinner/lighter camping towels. But I personally don’t like how papery they feel.

-cookset - I purchased the GSI Outdoors Halulite Microdualist two person cookset. I like how light it is, and how it all packs up together so small. However, my friend had the jetboil, and we could boil water in hers twice before mine would boil… so I would have to recommend hers, although it is more expensive.

-campsuds - environmentally safe cleaning product.

-solar light - these are great, very compact and bright.

Things I did not bring, but wish I had:

-CHAPSTICK!

-gloves (for Mooney Falls descent)
